What it is
An express massage is a short, focused session. Instead of working the whole body, we spend the half hour where most people carry their tension: the back, the neck and the shoulders. The pressure is adapted to you, from gentle to firm.
It's done at our spa in Punta Popy, inside the Afreeka Beach Hotel, a short walk from the beach — or we come to your villa or hotel. If you want more time, our full massages at the Takuma spa run 60 or 90 minutes.

Where is it done?
At our Punta Popy spa, inside the Afreeka Beach Hotel on Calle 27 de Febrero — or at your villa or hotel in Las Terrenas, for a flat US$20 travel fee.
I want a longer massage. What should I book?
Our full massages — relaxing, deep tissue, hot stone and more — run 60 or 90 minutes at our spa in the Takuma Boutik Hotel.
